Julie was a miracle worker! They are really do go the extra mile to make sure your feeling better every single time. Great care always! Migraine caused by pinched nerves right after Christmas just as we booked our family vacation for January... Not ideal to say the least. Julie put in the time and effort to really tailor her techniques to what was needed. And we are repeat customers now! My wife had bad neck pain which Rewind Physio was able to address and help out as well. Cant say enough good things about them!

He is patient and knowledgeable and really takes the time to understand what is causing the issue and helps to develop a plan to heal your body and set your body up to be able to maintain long term. After years of suffering nerve issues, they are almost eliminated now! Not to mention an accident throwing a wrench into things that required a pivot on treatment. Which was handled professionally and seemlessly by Amir. He took the stress and trauma out of what can be a very different situation. I would recommend him and the entire team for any physical issues you have. Even those you didn't realize a physiotherapist can help with. Don't settle with the it's just the pain of life and getting older" mindset!"

Highly recommend their services, the clinic is extra clean and the physiotherapists are all wonderful. I was unable to walk, due to a pain in my knee. Within a couple weeks I was already gaining strength and felt better. The best customer service, they listen, take the appropriate time to assess, to explain diagnosis, explain the exercise to do, and help you with your form to ensure that the exercise is done correctly. I’ve been struggling with hip and shoulder impingement for 6-7 years and have spent thousands on different physiotherapists. I eventually gave up but was recommended to Chris. Chris is the only one whom I’ve been able to make progress with. After several months of physio, I can barbell squat 185lbs and shoulder press 40lbs dumbbells with full range of motion! From not being able to sit or tie my shoes without pain (for years) to being able to do exercises I thought I’d never be able to do again is unbelievable. On top of that, I haven’t had pain in my shoulder blade for months! Not only is his protocol effective but he’s extremely empathetic and cares about his patients. I’ve always felt comfortable expressing my concerns to him and he always gave me the push to keep at it. Could not recommend him enough!

The staff here is amazing. I went in since I have been dealing with back issues for a very longtime. They are extremely professional, compassionate, and empathetic. They were able to identify the root of the problem and formulated the perfect therapeutic plan. I haven't felt this good in ages. The clinic itself is extremely clean and welcoming. I definitely recommend this clinic to anyone for their physiotherapy needs.

I have recently started going to Rewind Physio as I was dealing with some neck discomfort. I have followed Bert to different clinics the past few years and I always receive excellent treatment plans unique to my injuries. The building is impeccably clean, has a lot of natural lighting, and is quite spacious! I highly recommend going to Bert as he genuinely cares about your well-being. I have recommended friends and family to Bert and all have enjoyed Physio with him. I also highly recommend Rewind Physio for their friendly atmosphere and excellent care for their clients!
