Disappointing Experience Due to Staff Phone UseToday I visited Hana Nails and Spa, for Manicure, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The customer service was absolutely atrocious. From the moment I sat, the girl that was supposed to do my manicure seemed disinterested and were more focused on her phone, texting than attending to the needs of her customer. She was sitting right Infront of me, no eye contact, did not say a word, had her phone right beside her and kept texting. I totally felt ignored and unwelcome. I believe its essential for salon staff to be fully present and focused on providing quality service to their customers, but that was certainly not the case during my visit. I asked the front desk staff (not sure if he was the manager) possibility if someone else can do my manicure, he responded No.I hope that Hana Nail and Spa takes customer feedback seriously and address this issue promptly.Kim

This is definitely my favourite nail salon ever and after my first time here, I have never stepped into a different nail salon. I have been here a couple times and they have all been the best! The atmosphere of this salon is very soothing and relaxing. Everyone was so friendly, attentive and thorough. The nail tech was very detailed and did a great job. She made sure I was satisfied before I left. I really love the work she did. Prices are fair. I will definitely come back.

Best nails I've ever had done. Exceptional service and best paint job (regular polish), and I've been to almost every nail spa in the city.

These girls did an amazing job. We had even called the wrong Hanna to originally book and they got us in so fast. I gave her a quick nail idea for my formal and she did the shape, colour etc. absolutely perfect. My friend had never gotten her nails done and they coached her through it and it looked great, thank you!

This place is the best place, no one can beat there cleanliness! This was my second experience here at this nail salon and I can’t picture myself going anywhere else.The environment was very peaceful and appealing! I never felt rushed, had second thoughts, or had to deal with rude customer service like in the past. My nail tech lady took her time, was delicate with me. She does amazing work and knows exactly how you want your nails. I showed her a picture and did great! She took her time and double checked with me if I was ok with the shape.

My sister and I came in recently for a full set after hearing positive reviews. I am so happy with my pink ombré set, my technician was so kind and efficient. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she did exactly that. I felt welcome from the start and the interior is updated and relaxing. Think I found my new nail place!!

I love coming here! The team is very fast, professional, and talented. They are one of the better salons in the city for nail art, and the nails last! I’ve had sets that last up to 5/6 weeks when life gets busy (photo evidence attached!). Can’t recommend them enough, they are phenomenal. Go here!!! Just let them know if you want art in advance so they book enough time.

I have been getting my nails done by Sanda (at the McOrmond location) for about 1 year and she is amazing! Not only does she do great nails (gel, shellac, standard manicure/pedicure), but she is so friendly and fun to chat with. I highly recommend her if you want beautiful nails!

Nice place and great location - I've come for gel sets, fills, pedicures - spa and regular. All manicurists are always very friendly and welcoming, although a lot of phone use in front of customers which is bizarre. Their pricing is quite high for the quality and they ALWAYS over book - they rush through services, pedicure's specifically. The massage is very short. I shouldn't have to wait for my toes to dry in between coats by their front door ... for the money they ask for in turn for the service, not worth it. I'll be moving on to the new place in Aspen Ridge area.

I have had my nails done here by several different ladies and have always been happy with the results. However, they overbook themselves which can result in a long wait time. For example, I recently had an appointment booked for a set of gel nails at 6pm. I arrived at 5:55pm. I then waited until 6:30pm before I finally walked out. I will not be going back.
