Incredible, From the parking lot all the way the the end of my visit I was impressed.The staff was incredibly kind and realistically genuine. The waiting room was seasonally inviting and comfortable compared to other Clinique’s.The hearing test room was top notch, comfortable and easily accessible.I received a breakdown of my hearing test results along with a plan to follow up that was entirely up to me, basically left in my hands and not pushy.Great team, great place.Thanks.

I was having a hard time hearing but didn't think it was that bad, until I had my hearing tested. It was a very thorough and informative test. To my great surprise I needed hearing aids at only 55 years of age. I went from having my TV at 100 max just to hear it clearly while driving everyone crazy around me. Next, after only a few weeks I went in to have them fitted. I had a wonderful experience and now I can watch and hear TV at an acceptable level. Lol. It really is a blessing to be given back my hearing.Thank you to all the great staff at the Canadian Hearing Institute on Grand Ave, Chatham.Thank you Roger Hutchings.

Ted and his team are simply amazing. I brought my father into see Ted and he was treated like family! He makes hearing simple, easy to understand for my parents. They keep it simple and they are always professional! Thanks

Always great and speedy service! Follow up is second to none. Ted treats all his clients like family and always has time to say HI if he passes you.My husband has been a client for well over 10 years or so. Very satisfied with their service. We would recommend him to anyone.

My Daughter had tubes put in her ears. The Doctor referred us to the Canadian Hearing Institute. The staff there were very friendly and helpful. Ted was very quick and precise.

I've been going to Ted's office for years now and I've always been treated with the utmost respect and kindness. They treat me like I am family and I'm always welcome there. They are experts in their field and no matter what my issues are, they are quick to respond and always know exactly what to do. I feel quite welcome there and I'm always greeted with a smile.I would highly recommend them for all ages.
