I ordered on Uber Easts 2:00 PM June 20, 2023. My order did not include a coffee I paid for and the arrogant driver Troy told me to 'call the store'. You are supposed to prepare orders fully and completely. My orders are not that complicated. THIS IS NOT OK. I want my money back for the coffee and an apology. I called twice and only got busy signal/not available. I asked the driver about the matter and he refused to deal with it. I assume HE CAN READ ORDERS AND CHECK THEM. It is totally unacceptable to behave in this matter and treat me as if I would accept such a bad attitude. I will be complaining through UBER EATS as well about this and reduced his tip from $6.00 to $1.00. I also ordered Pomegranate Vinaigrette and not Ranch. I want what I ordered not the standard. Obviously, your staff needs to learn how to read orders as well.Drivers: You complain about not getting tips. Try doing your job properly.

I always liked Wendy's but tonight, the manager ruined it for me.The manager was so lazy she didnt even put crackers and spoon with my chili. I also had to ask her to put the 2 frosty in a tray. To top it off, i went home with the food popping out of the bag! Might not come back ever.

I ordered a JBC and it just had half the topbun missing. Someone working there saw this burger and was happy to send it out. Idk man, take a bit more pride in your product.

Absolute joke of a restaurant. I haven’t had Wendy’s in years and decided to come back just because. I was met with nobody in and nobody working the counter. I sat at the front of the line for 20 minutes and was finally served. I will never be coming back.

Not good service. Went at 9pm on a Sunday and they were pretty understaffed and slow. They almost missed items for the people in front of us in line. It took about 10-15 mins to be asked what we wanted, followed by the wrong drink size then not getting a drink before asking for a 2nd time. My gf ordered after me and was charged twice for an item and then the manager came over and told her they can’t do anything about it and that it was my gfs fault. 2 stars because the food was good but everything else was horrible

We arrived at 18:10 Saturday night and waited over 30 minutes in the store lineup. There was one person taking orders, however, Skip the Dishes orders appeared to take priority over the guests waiting in line. They were taking orders in line about 10 minutes or longer apart from each other. Not impressed! We have never waited in line this long without service in a restaurant before. Awful service! Staff were clearly overwhelmed.Bathrooms were out of order - no signage indicating so. They advised it was due to a water problem. Likely the same reason why there was water pooled on the floor in the kitchen where staff were assembling burgers.The only positive thing to say about this visit was the food was great.

went to this lactation a few days back. first of all they overcharged me and didn’t accept the coupon i had on my phone from their app. when asked why they couldn’t give me a reason and blamed it on the computers. also they lady at the window had a rude tone with me after i asked about the coupon. when i got home and opened up my food i saw that the burger i had ordered had literally nothing on it except ketchup, no meat no cheese no lettuce no nothing. i proceeded to call wendy’s a couple times but nobody would answer the phone. i went back the next day with the burger and asked for my money back and was hit with countless questions suggesting it wasn’t their fault. i like the wendys food chain but i will never be returning to this location on harvy.

If you have realistic expectations of your fast food experience, then this is the best run Wendy’s that I have been to. The food service is always quick and efficient, the staff is friendly and well trained, and the manager does a great job. The food was on track for Wendy’s and good. This is our favourite Wendy’s location in Interior BC because it is consistent and reliable. Well done to the team at the Harvey location!

Usually I love going to Wendy’s but this is just low quality. Do better! My bun was falling apart, smallest piece of lettuce. Scrapped together for a dog.Overpriced.No care. No pride.

Good breakfast and The potatoes wedges are so good without drink though for $5 breakfast package for 1 person
