I had a fire extinguisher that needed to be recharged. The gentleman was here the same day, took care of the extinguisher in about 15 minutes and was done. Both the lady I spoke to in Office and the man who came to take care of the extinguisher were kind and professional

We called, they promptly called back and set up a time to come out, took notes and completed the job same day. I am beyond happy with their service and recommend them to anyone needing Extinguisher Services. I called every local company in Payette and Ontario and got blown off by everyone, it took a company from Nampa to do the work. Very pleased!

Unfortunately this review is not about the service the company provides but rather the quality and character of one of its employees. I found myself with a flat tire on my trailer at the gas station the other day. I was parked next to a Fire Extinguisher Co trucks and struggling to break the lugs on my trailer tire due to them being extremely rusted. Many people saw me struggling and no one offered aid despite it being obvious I needed it. Then the gentleman from Fire Extinguisher Co came out to his truck and saw me struggling...I asked him if he had a tire iron I could borrow since mine wasn't working so well. He said that he didn't but assured me he probably had something in his truck that could work. This gentleman...Unfortunately I don't recall getting his name, dug through his truck looking for tools and then proceeded to help me change the tire. He didn't have to help, I'm sure he was on a schedule but he saw the task through with me laughing and joking the whole time. This employee's kind and positive attitude turned a frustrating situation for me into a comical little hiccup in the day. Although I haven't used your services you will be my first call if the need arises. I feel the quality and character your employee displayed is a direct reflection of the integrity and services your company would provide its customers.
