We bought all of our tiles and flooring for the new house construction at Alexa. They provided us with good advices and delivered the products on time. We've picked those continuous stone tiles which looks really nice in the ensuite. The flooring comes with the sound proofing underlay, so no need to buy separately. They followed up with us every stage of the process until the final delivery. (We had experienced that some suppliers will not care once they have taken your deposit) I have recommended them to my parents who are thinking of renovating their bathrooms. Good price and Good customer service!!

Poor customer service and attitude. I visited the store to see if I could get a match on a tile or something similar - didn't have to be exact. The employee immediately and aggressively insisted saying No
