Extremely poor service. Poor, rude and very unprofessional. I called a few times and they kept me on hold for long and hung up on me, eventhough I wanted to be a new customer.I cant imagine what the service will be like once you are a customer?

Horrible service they hire anyone the coworkers never know what to do all they do is talk n mess up the service they can’t even keep to the hours or operations they put up they just close and open whenever they want to. Don’t waste your money or time

Very inconvenient. It's a Saturday home with the family and my box has NOT been working all freaking day. It's ridiculous at this point do yourself a favor and find another provider.

PLEASE PLEASE. Do not waste your time on these people! Find somewhere else. Poor customer service. They do not answer calls, and I missed out 2 weeks on my live channels for a issue on there end, didn’t even think to add it back just said “no refund” ONCE AGAIN. DO NOT GO HERE!

How are you in business and hanging up. I hope your business closes down: looking through comments you are not servicing the community well and shouldn’t be in business.

Worst service ever if i could give lower score I would lower than one customer service very rude... my tv has been like this for 2 days now ... no answer on the phone .... smh

I had to change my review. The staff is still great and the service is good. However the product has turned awful. My IPTV isnt even watchable. It freezes all the time and is now a waste, I will not be continuing with their services. For spec info, so people know it’s not my internet, it’s hardwired to the modem and I run around 500MBs.

Terrible place of buisness" if I could leave 0 stars I would if your a woman do not go to this store with any complaints because the owner is agrressive and physically abusive and WILL drag you out of the store by FORCE this is unacceptable! do not do any buisness with these people"

Need I say more. Just very frustrating with both android box signed up for and the customer service errr non service. Such a waste of time and money. I renewed yet the snaptv service was suddenly different and without prior notice when I was in person at the store. It was the Sunday before Christmas eve ( Saturday) and can only be there on Sundays. Hence no service on the two holiday weekends so total three weeks. Advised to bring the boxes. Did it yesterday yet the other box worked ( Gold AI ) but the mag254 didn’t. Called again and again. Finally got hold of somebody and was told it must be my internet service. Yet the other box was working but the other didn’t. Was told there’s nothing they can do remotely yet she hadn’t tried yet to that point except to say in their system it shows I have the service. Just so disappointed. I tinkered on my own the mag box and I’m not sure what I pressed but I pressed several buttons and it brought me to the point that it restarted. I helped myself! I was there yesterday and was handed the box ready to go but it didn’t. Why the haste in handing me a box that isn’t ready!!??? I was just probably lucky to have restarted this on my own and I don’t even know if I can do this again. God bless them… And help them too.
