Three weeks ago I got caught being unable to get my computer to come on. Contacted my son in London Ontario who usually fix my computer problems who gave me the Geek Square information and phone number having contacted and left my information with Imran phoned me back very quickly. We arranged for him to come out to my residence to check out my computer, he came out late afternoon from Toronto to Stouffville and did an awesome job with the computer. My computer had given up the ghost and Imran very kindly tested the hard drive. I was very impressed and thankful for his help at that time and follow up contact since.

Imran was very efficient. I was locked out of my account because somehow Windows said my Windows password was incorrect (although I was sure it was right). I took it to GeekSquad and they said there was nothing they could do, yet Imran solved it in a couple of minutes without resetting it to factory setting and deleting all my files. Highly recommended!

Imran Hafeez: Highly recommend. I found him through a friend of a friend. My system was tired – working slowly and prone to making stupid, little mistakes that frustrated and perplexed me no end. Just moved back to windows 10, window 11 was not working out for me, some of my applications were not acting up. Imran always a great help, thank you for your quick visit and help I don't know what I am going to do without you. Thanks for your time and honesty for the last 10 years
