I always order the chicken shawarma gourmet poutine. The lady working April 4th at 10 pm made it wrong I get it it happens she remade it the exact same way but added veggies. I explained to her it doesn't have popcorn chicken and that it comes with a white sauce and she tells me they don't have white sauce and I'm wrong yet it's on their menu. I love the owner but he's going to loose alot of buissness now from me.

The worker was rude and disrespectful. They didnt finish our order before going onto the next customer. There was hair in my food. The owner of the restaurant started to argure with me about there being hair in my food, saying that it wasnt hair. They didnt give another customer everything that they ordered and started to argue with them aswell. I will never be coming back to this restaurant . The owner nor the employee had respect towards the customers. The inside of the restaurant wasnt clean at all. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Love the owner. Super nice guy always willing to share. One time he shared his lunch with me that his wife had made. Reliable pizza, better than their neighbour Pizza Pizza by far

I've been coming to this pizza for over 15 years, and they have amazing deals. This was the go-to place in Kitchener as it is in the downtown club/bar district, and everyone is hungry after a night of party! The food is always fresh, topping flavors are on point, and the best part is the potato wedges - I always get the wedges no matter what! The staff is amazing, and the owner is extremely friendly.

The gentleman working there tonight was so kind and generous. He offered to cook us a fresh pizza 10 mins before closing time and gave us free potatoes while we waited. He was so nice and seemed cheerful. I really appreciated his customer service.

The driver was super awesome! I’ve never had pizza delivered so quickly but double double themselves..Honestly they over charged me because onion rings cost a little bit more than wedges, but all all they didn’t tell their driver I was paying by cash; which they asked if we were paying by cash or debit, so clearly my answer wasn’t correctly communicated to the driver. He had no change so I wasn’t even to give him much of a tip. I think this wasn’t nice to me as the customer or the gentleman who delivered it for us. I feel terrible for not being able to give him more than 2 dollars. If you read this we are so super thankful for you!

Ordered at 17:42 for delivery as we normally would and an hour later received our order with a pizza absolutely swimming in BBQ sauce. called and complained and they agreed to send out another pizza which would be 20-30 mins max ! Nearly an hour and a half later at 20:10 the replacement shows up, with barely any base sauce and cold. Been to double double regularly and have been very happy but today was a shambles. Will definitely not be ordering from here again.

Me and a friend went here to order some chicken wings and 2 large pizzas - one of them being the classic pepperoni pizza. There was just one old guy working here and he asked us to wait at least 20 mins for the whole order to be ready.We were there talking, etc. they have a TV installed but nothing displays on it - it’s all just static and distorted.Midway while we were waiting he gave us some potato wedges to soothe our cravings. He should probably hire someone to work alongside him as the demand at this town center can be pretty high during weekends. The food was not bad. Thanks.One star taken off as they’re in dire need of extra hands to take orders and make them

Extremely disappointing.. have been ordering here for years without an issue and today our pizza came so drenched in sauce we couldn't pick it up. Called to give the restaurant an opportunity to rectify this and they said they'd be rushing one out. We received a stone cold sauceless pizza over an hour and a half later. Totalling over two and half hours from our original order for a less than mediocre pizza. We've been loyal customers for years but won't be back after this experience

If I could give a negative review, I would. While ordering the server stopped taking my order to help the next customer. The owner came in and had a customer help set up the store to open. While doing this, he also yelled at his employee in-front of customers. When I got the food there was hair in it and the owner argued with me about it. The customer behind me was missing most of his food which he had already paid for but the worker and owner refused to give it to him. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND
