First visit today. Tidy store; efficient and helpful staff who even carried items to the car. Had everything in stock and helped to create cost effective solutions.Apparently dealing with between 80-150 orders a day, the busy staff, and delivery bay would suggest this to be true. Everything was of high quality. Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely dreadful service. Paid for next day delivery, didn’t show. Had to phone them to get any updates. They don’t reply to emails and then they send your order short with no indication when your items are going to arrive. 3 phone calls to them chasing the missing items and all I get is they’re being sent today and will be with you tomorrow.. still waiting. Will be reporting you to the appropriate authorities and requesting a refund. Absolutely the worst to deal with.

Ordered parts Friday morning, paid high 24 hour delivery cost, no item turned up on the Monday. Emailed company Monday night explaining that I needed the parts for a job on Tuesday and that I was not happy - no response! Had to chase it up myself and apparently items will turn up on Wednesday.Asked for delivery refund, was told that they would refund the difference between the 24hour and 5 day delivery, never mind that it has cost me time and money.Terrible service. I'd advise going elsewhere if you need things within a guaranteed time frame.

Ordered a load of square tubing and fittings on the Tuesday morning, paying for 3 - 5 day delivery. Turned up in just over 24 hours from placing the order. Very happy, thank you very much.

Avoid.Ordered twin slot shelving packs and paid for 2-5day delivery. You don't get any emails saying products have been shipped.Package didn't arrive in delivery time, multiple emails went ignored. When finally got through on phone they said they would upgrade to next day (after already 10working days)Package arrived, shelves only, no wall or shelf fixings. Eventually the twin slot wall and shelf brackets arrived another 4 days later, but no wall plugs or screws as advertised.Took over 3 weeks to get all packages and even then they weren't complete.Spend a bit more and buy from a reputable company

I wish I had read these reviews before going ahead with what can only be described as the most stressful 2 weeks I have had in a long time.Upon receiving a quote for some tube frame systems and subsequently placing the order I heard nothing for a couple of days. I called in and was told it had gone straight from their warehouse, I followed up the next day for an update and was reassured it was in transit and would arrive in the next few days. I asked for a tracking number which they said they would email...and never did.Finally, two days before my project deadline, they decided to tell me that it hadn't in fact left the warehouse and that they couldn't actually deliver to my Northern Ireland address. The mind-blowing thing was I called to check this in the first instance, checked their website which confirmed it and was given a quote with the delivery address on it.An abhorrently shocking and disorganized company that needs to update its internal structure on all levels.I agree with numerous other reviews on here that will tell you to avoid, avoid, avoid and pay a little bit extra for a proper service.I'm never usually one to rant and luckily found a local company to help me out with this project but 4 sleepless nights were not enjoyable and it all could have been avoided much sooner if they'd have been honest from the start.

Bought some plastic storage boxes. Many of them arrived broken. Have spent the last FIVE months trying to get a response. I've emailed and called multiple times. To date not a single person has gotten back to me. Avoid.

I can't say enough negative about this. Website had no Christmas closing information. Had no automatic email to say it won't arrive. Sent two emails with no response. The automated Christmas closing phone message was still on Tuesday 5th Jan at 10.15 when I finally got through. Order didn't arrive in full, was told it would be. Order didn't arrive in 1-2 days despite paying extra. Missing items werent going to be delivered for another week and then was miraculously found in the warehouse. Terrible service. Don't think they should have an online business. Avoid completely.

ordered a set of steps, quoted 3 - 5 days delivery, still no sign of them, chased today and told waiting for stock late April. rotten service

Lots of storage options at sensible prices. Business oriented store (VAT added at end). Friendly staff. Also on Ebay. Limited parking but OK.
