You will be surprised at the amount of knowledge and skills you will obtain in a 6 month period. You will learn applied knowledge that will directly translate into a career path of your choice. The teachers are very approachable and know their subjects/trade inside and out. The office staff do an excellent job at handling any personal issues you may be having. Whether you are just starting out or are changing careers (such as myself) The Centre is an excellent choice as a place to start.
