Ok, the cashier was really helpful, but honestly guys. first booked an appointment for 11 am, then I arrived at the branch and it was booked wrong. So, I probably can wait but honestly, I was there for more than 20 min waiting for my appointment and some agents could take me in before I go to work, but they were just willing to help me when I stepped out. As I get it, it is not my time but part but this wouldn’t be a problem if they make things right from the beginning. Change banks expecting better but guess no...

Worst bank TD is usually good but if ur opening an account it took over an hour and a half & if u dont have a mask they say you can't come in ^ they wont give you one cause they ran out" when there's a REXALL across the street shouldn't it be a priority? Running low on masks better make the call
