They have the utmost patience and brilliant customer service paying attention to individual needs and attention to detail. They took the time to diligently match my hair volume peice to my extensions and teach me how to put on my new accessories for my wedding with multiple hair styling techniques. Biggest rip offs stay away. Selllig a $70 wig for $650 and on top of that no refund when the end customer finds out.

These people took advantage of my immigrant mother while she was struggling with hair loss. After making an impulsive decision and purchasing an $813 hair topper she decided to call to call the store to see if they would be willing to return it even through she understood it was a final sale. This was an hour and a half after purchase. The person on the phone told my mother that they would make a one time exception and allow the return which made my mother quite relieved. My mother drove down to the store and the associate that she spoke with over the phone suddenly told her they could no longer return it. Confused, my mother spoke with the owner who identified as Jennifer, and refused to return the item even though the person in the store said they would allow it. Jennifer was extremely rude and even threatened to call security on my 63 year old mother. Jennifer was citing safety" concerns as my mother took the hair piece home and could have worn it
