I met Derrick and Debbie at Paulmac's in Spring 2018 when I decided to set up my 6 ft Peacock Cichlid tank. As this was going to be a huge investment for me, I was feeling overwhelmed and at different times, Derrick and Debbie coached me on proper water management, proper filter care, food, fry care, etc. As a result of their kind assistance, I currently have very healthy adult fish tank, and growing babies as well. I always go back to buy my supplies and to see their friendly faces. They are definitely #1 for Customer Service!

My go-to pet store. I've been getting pet products from this location for over 5 years. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Derek in particular has answered many questions for us over the years, eveything from reptiles to dogs. He is an awesome team member.

I only go to this location as the staff here are out of this world phenomenal, I like to request items frequently and they're more than happy to process that for me, efficiently call me, and managed to get an item in stock that they've never carried before. The store is always clean and you can find what you're looking for in no time.Any questions or concerns I had they were always more than happy to answer and assist me.I feel like I'm visiting friends every time I go to this location.Thank you Derek and Debbie!

Bought a snail for my aquarium he died I brought him back within the 7days and they said wouldn't refund because they don't think he died of natural causes never going here thanks for wasting my time

I've been a customer of this store for over 20 years. The staff is always helpful and friendly. Not only do they know their products well, but they genuinely care about not only the people who come through the doors, but also the pets being served, whether the animal is there or not.

Happy to have been a customer from the beginning. Everyone has always been undeniably friendly and helpful. Clean and organized always having what I need in stock. Staff always ask after my kitty's and we have a little chat. No visit is ever complete however without a little visit with Mac :)

I have recently got my first pet and came into this store for help on everything and anything I need for my dog. Debbie and Derek have been wonderful to deal with through my pet journey. I couldn't have asked for better staff. I recommend this store to anyone. I find myself going in there too much cause I just love seeing the staff and getting stuff for my pet.
