Good spot to fish!! Splendid view of the dam and the lake. I ADORE Long Lake Park in general: it has something for everybody: from well-groomed road-like trails for grannies and families with small children, to dog-walking areas, to a VAST area of pure out-and-out wilderness on the less accessible south side of the park. Wetlands, blueberry barrens, hardwood forested areas, beavers galore... this park has it all. The lake itself is a GOOD canoeing and kyacking spot, with lots of bays and a couple of fun islands to visit.

Had some time before our flight so we hiked along the lake. Seems like a great spot to run.
