Fido

Very poor customer service. I had to ask for the manager to get helped. I got treated like a “difficult” customer. I would not recommend that store.

I noticed Fido had a new plan for $41/month while as a long-time existing customer I was paying $50 per month for the exact same phone plan. I went into this location today to see if they could reduce my cost to what they were offering. Guy in the store was literally clueless as to the phone plan I was talking about even after I showed it to him on the Fido website. He kept trying to upgrade me to more expensive plans after I literally told him I work from home so I don't need more data I just wanted the better price they were advertising. He said there was nothing he could do for me since I was money conscious" .... um what? obviously I don't want to pay more for no reason while everyone else can get the exact same plan for cheaper ??? Such a waste of time and had a million excuses as to why he couldn't change my plan.... anyway I went to the Fido store at Upper Canada mall right after and the guy there literally did it in 2 clicks."

Aside from their strange security system for opening the door to the customers, they were very slow!It took me almost 15 min to pickup a sim-card through their so called Express pick up"!"

Michelle went well out of her way to help myself and my wife both get new phones last minute. Our plans were updated and it actually saved us money. Great customer service.

We had a bad experience. The guy at the shop was unaware of the plans / process and the manager from Rogers ( who is also managing this Fido store) was racist, boastful and extremely rude

The Rogers people next door idiots. The final people are more level-headed don't know how they keep their patients. There was a woman in there constantly asking the same question. The guys answering it and they're people waiting. Then when she heard everybody else talking about then she left

Very impresses with Latrell, he was very professional and he took the time to go through everything with me. I highly recommend him to anyone looking to get a new phone, he will point you in the right direction to a phone that suits all your needs

The worst service ever. Rude and unpleasant people. If you wish to ruin your mood for a day it's your to go place

I came to this Fido last week to return my home internet modem. I cancelled on Fido chat two nights prior and they told me to mail it or return to a store. I thought a store was faster and boy was I wrong. I get to the store and am greeted by a boy who seemed no older than 18. He looks up my account and says it isn't cancelled and I need to call Fido. I said i did and provided the cancellation #. He said he would call but it was pointless as I would have to confirm my identity and me going home and calling was faster. Faster! So he told me to go home and do it. Obviously Im annoyed, then he tries to sell me home internet! After all this! And after I told him i cancelled bc im using my landlords! So I left and called fido. My account WAS cancelled and the man on the phone said stores are constantly doing this and it is an issue. Do NOT go here to return modems!
