My husband had a stress test here. They were fast and efficient and some staff were friendly and helpful. However there were many staff arguments that should have been done in private as it was not professional. Clients do not want to hear staff arguing about the work that is to be done.

I visited today and was so impressed with every aspect of my visit.Right from the first greeting with the health screening all the way through my entire visit.I arrived early and waited no more than 5 minutes before I was taken in for my first test. My technician was amazing and professional. Once she was done I went directly into my second test where I literally didn't have a chance to sit down.The place has a great atmosphere and feeling. A huge shout out to the amazing staff.

I brought my mother into total cardiology by Sunridge, I was accompanying her inside. The employee who was checking her in said I couldn’t stay with her because “the office isn’t allowing visitors with the patients” Which I totally understood. However multiple patients who went into the office after my mom had visitors and they were never turned away..this is my moms first heart appointment and she was nervous and anxious and I couldn’t sit with her but other family members of other patients could.Please if you are going to make “rules” or “policies” please make the for all individuals and not just specific people.

This was one of the best clinics I have ever been too. Everyone, from the person that checks you in, to the person that takes care of you while on the treadmill, to the people that do the scans, were the best ever. I was so impressed by everything. If I ever have to have this done again, this will be the place I request. Thank you all.

I am blind and went to my appointment on my own. All staff was amazing! Lady named Trinity went above and beyond by ordering a cab( Total cardiology paid) for me to get back home rather than use transit.

The lady who applied the Holter monitor was very rough, uncaring, and inconsiderate. She worked as if in a hurry, with no apparent reason, and applied the leads’ stickers by stretching my skin. This caused a frequent, skin-pulling sensation throughout the Holter duration; upon removing the stickers, I found scrapes (not merely irritated skin) underneath the 5 sticker positions. As a side note, she was unfriendly and, if anything, somewhat rude - no smile, no care instruction, no extra guidance. Care ought to be given as to the sticker application and wire placement. Patient comfort should be respected, especially when it only takes a little extra effort on behalf of the employee or care-giver. Total Cardiology needs to re-evaluate their hiring practices. There really are friendlier and more caring people out there eager, and probably more appreciative, of such a position!

I have had lots of experience with Cadiologists in ALberta and Ontario. Dr Habid’s interpersonal Skill is what I would expect and have no issues
