Purchased a beautiful little vintage Prada purse via their Instagram page. They went out of their way to ensure I knew everything there was to know about the purse prior to purchase. The purse came super fast and was exactly as described. What a great experience! I will definitely purchase from them again if something catches my eye!

My mother & I had a wonderful experience here. I bought a gently used purse & my Mom bought 2! Glenda was very helpful and told me about the boots & winter jacket sale. Lucky for me I found both in my size. Will definitely come again the next time I'm in Steveston.

The prices are at or near retail on some items, and the lady was extremely pushy in regards to what size I am and what my style choices should be after asking multiple times to allow me to look alone. Rw and co pants were listed at $59.99 for used pants.I have never felt so uncomfortable shopping in a consignment or used clothing boutique. There are multiple small boutique consignment and thrift stores in the lower mainland I frequent and this is not one I would ever visit again.

I am concerned about the business practices at this consignment store. They have lost" my Prada shoes that were being held there for a while and offered zero store credit or refund on my loss. The owner also mentioned that there was a break-in and the shoes could have been taken then. With the insurance money she would have received with the break-in

Bought a pair of Sunglasses for my wife here. Glenda was friendly, informative and helped with good suggestions. The sunglasses were in great condition and we saw shoes and bags that we liked as well. I would definitely recommend a visit.

I never leave without anything and today I got the cutest pair of Ferragamos at a great price! Can’t wait to trot around with them on, this summer!

On behalf of my aunt; “I Was incredibly disappointed with the poor customer service after calling the day before going in and being told I could bring some items (with tags still on). Upon being in the store I was told quite abruptly “we don’t take this stuff”. I was shooed out pretty quick. Won’t be supporting this local business.”
