TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

The staff needs more training on compassion and how to deal with people. The fact that they find comedy in senior customers struggling to understand is enough for me to never want to go back. Not the first time I've experienced or witnessed this type of behavior from the staff at this location. The customer service I experienced was next to none. I think Jenny was more interested in finishing her shift than helping me out. I hope that none of you ever have to be in the situation I'm in because it's not very nice at all. Especially when people's have the ability to take a minute and look a bit into a situation they just choose not too. Not very good customer service at this location. I've received excellent service at other locations and on the phone. Won't be returning here.

We arrived at this branch for an appointment, no one was at the information desk. We stood in the front foyer for 10 minutes being ignored by all the staff. Then finally after looking into each office, we spotted our financial advisor who was waiting for us. He's been great to work with and we had known him since he was at a different branch. During our meeting, another staff interrupts to tell him his next appointment is here. Why did we get this special treatment of being ignored and then hurried away? Management, please seek additional training for staff on customer service.

They share publicly that Sundays they are open till 4 but when I arrived at 3pm it was locked and closed. Im unsure if this is a one time thing due to civic holiday tomorow or if its common for them to put false information up but they really failed me in a time of need. I am actually reconsidering banks now.

Had a wonderful walk in appointment with Jenny. She was efficient, clear, and friendly.

I have visited this branch 3 times trying to do simple things and nobody could help me. Most people don't know what they're doing, but on top of that: the customer service doesnt even seem to care about people. I was having problems with my card and I was told that it was not their problem after they spent a couple seconds trying to figure it out and couldn't. The lady beside me was also asking for something simple, and she ended up closing her account just because she had asked for help on various occasions and she has gotten bad service and rude people every time. (They still didn't seem to care after she left). A complete waste of time, visit another branch.

I don’t bank with TD but had a question about some finances.Annette answered my questions with no problems whatsoever and helped me as much as she could.110% great customer service - thanks again!5/5

The manager of this branch has zero and I mean zero customer service skills. Hey TD Bank please look at all of your negative reviews and fix this branch!

Good luck if you have anything to do with INVESTMENT team over here. I’ve been going back and forth couple of months to get a business done in related area….aaaaand hallelujah!!!!!!!!!!still following up, sending emails, call, book appointments , and the business’s still undone!!!!!.I don’t know who is in charge of the management, whoever is, you better start training the employees, first: to have a faster response to the customer’s needs, emails, and requests.2d:to upgrade the knowledge specifically in investment area. 3d: have them replaced if they can’t be there for their designated responsibilities.I will soon take my business to other branches, to find someone who can at least respond my emails.This is awful for one of the greatest Canadian banks to have such bad feedbacks which I see, lots of people left, with kind of similar experiences…..

When you're a potential new customer you make your best efforts to call a customer when an appt has to be rescheduled you dont depend on computers to do the work for you I tried sitting down with someone 3 times with no success. And if you close you call to advise! Poor poor service
