After a main floor reno Ahmad helped us pull this room together by selecting this beautiful hand made rug. He was very patient through several hours of consultation and his keen eye for design was what made shopping at KB Rugs a very pleasant and personal experience. Thank you!

Several years ago we were admiring the beautiful rugs KB had on display at the Home Show. We had just put new hardwood floors in our home and wanted some carpets to complete the decor. We don't live near their stores, so we sent photos of our home to Nadeem and he selected many perfect choices and brought them to us to try. We purchased 4 rugs that we have been very happy with.We have also had KB clean the rugs for us, which Nadeem picked up and returned.Recently we repainted our bedroom and wanted an additional rug. We sent him the name of the color snd a photo of the room. Nadeem brought the perfect rug , just what we were looking for.Their rugs are beautiful and the service is amazing. Highly recommend!

Our search for a classic area rug ended when we reached KB Rugs. We really liked the designs as we browsed through the shop. Arzish then asked us about our preferences and pulled out some really good pieces. He then brought a few carpets over to our place to make sure we are happy with the colours on our wood flooring. Not only did we love the carpet we picked but also the customer service that Arzish extended! We will definitely look forward to coming to KB Rugs for our next carpet!

This is the best rug company I have ever dealt with. Nadeem treated us with so much respect and caring, and was never strong selling us. He was patient at the store with my many questions and then offered the store's in home service. Over two different days, he brought 5 different high quality area rugs to our home, helped move furniture, and lay the rugs properly. Now we have the most beautiful area rug we've ever owned. I'm so grateful for the wonderful service offered by KB Rugs. Just like being treated like royalty!

What can I say that hasn't already been said. The staff at KB are amazing. The owner, Nadeem, was absolutely amazing in understanding what I was looking for, the size of my space, and the vision I was aiming for. He didn't try to upsell, and made me feel very comfortable and confident in my choice. I can't recommend this place enough. So so so knowledgable. I owed Nadeem a review way back in Nov, but I just had to wait until I was able to find all the pieces for this space. Couldn't be happier!

I was surprised and impressed. We didn't just select a rug and that was it... Nadeem offered to deliver and install the rug for us. We went back into their store the next day and found another rug because the one we chose for our family room looked so good we decided to get one for our bedroom. You can't go wrong with 100% wool rugs and KB has a great selection. Do we recommend KB?... ABSOLUTELY!!
