Absolutely love this salon! The staff are always so accommodating and kind. The prices are great, and the spa is very clean. They are very quick and don’t keep you waiting long at all. I get my nails done by Kelly, she’s so sweet, works fast and does beautiful work!

This isn’t usually the nail salon I go to. I only went because I needed to get them done and I hadn’t looked at the reviews beforehand and now I am very regretful of my visit. I came in for a bio-gel refill on Dec 27 which I get very often and my nails were left uneven, unstructured on my nail bed and was left broken after 2 days. When I got there the table was dirty, the nail drill was not working properly and overall the service was rushed. My nails were left super thin which is not common for bio gel because the lady only put on 2 thin layers of the gel without building the gel on top, it’s supposed to be thick especially for natural nails. I was also cut on my right pinky from the drill as well as the drill burning me because it was left on one spot for too long. The picture attached is what I got at this salon as well as the set that I had before this one. Please don’t come to this salon even if you are desperate like I was.

I have been coming for almost three years just because is the closest one to me but lately it’s getting worse and worse… I have to come Home every time to fix the mess they did because as much as you explain what’s wrong they just keep Making excuses… I have been doing my nails all my life and I know when they are well Done and when they are NOT… so definitely not coming back again.. (uneven paint pictures as reference)

Awesome service and friendly staff. I have been coming to this location for years and have always been happy with my nails. I like that i dont have a long wait time and the staff is always accommodating. Thank you Gioia Nails for making my experience a good one.

This was the worst nail experience I have had. I had an issue with the application of bio gel , filling them and the chrome finish. I ended up asking the manger over something I have never done and had to leave with ought the look I specifically wanted for new years. Instead of just fixing the issue the manager just made excuses for her client. Who left my original nail polish on did not file or shape properly did not apply the chrome properly to the point where I just said forget about it and left very unhappy. Wile I was getting my nails done another client came in and was very unhappy saying all of her nails were applied crooked, another was upset with her pedicure and another issues with the colour on her nail. So needless to say I clearly am not the only one with an issue and will not be returning . Waste of money and time !!!

Photos attached, took them minutes after getting my nails done. This was the worst shellac manicure I've ever had. It was so thick and uneven. She put some glue or gel on my nails beforehand and it's stuck on my finger tips still, you can see it on the pics. She claimed it'll just wash off with water but that didn't happen. When I asked the receptionist if they can just take it off, she said they can't because it's too fresh. She said to call the owner....Not a pleasant experience and certainly not worth the $$$

I always get my nails done here. Atmosphere is good and price is reasonable. I never had to wait too long and I really appreciate it because I hate waiting

Went 20 minutes before closing for a simple underarm wax, there were 4 other ladies there working but I got the lady was fully dressed looking like she was about to leave. She hurt me so bad and left me with huge burns. She seemed as if she was in a rush and left immediately after finishing my arm. She didn’t even put anything on it after to calm down the redness. My underarm was red for 3 days and started to turn darker. This is the worst service I have ever received in a salon. If they were busy or about to close they could have simply told me no. Definitely thinking about taking more drastic measures, this is not acceptable.
