Was looking for an item and went to a Medical Supply place, they said NO and gave me no options. When to Dycks and they did not have it, but called their sister store for me! They did not have it either! Then the gal went to her computer and said, yes, you can purchase the item here. Now that is customer service! Thank you so much

Based on my other experiences with medical clinics in the area I was pleasantly surprised by this place today. The employee who helped me was familiar with trans terminology and helped me to get my proper name on my prescription. They made sure I was not deadnamed and it was really refreshing to have someone go the extra mile in that regard
