TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM
I have several accounts with TD bank both in the US and Canada. However, if I could give this branch zero stars I would have. Someone needs to fire all of the staff there and hire people who appreciate their jobs and understand how much money a bank spends to get people to use their services and trust them with their hard earned money.This is not my first bad experience with this branch. This one was the last straw though. The lady at the counter in response to my plea to talk to someone in position of authority or ability to create a solution for my request told me this is the solution and that is that.Okay, message received. I closed two accounts and took the money out.

I went in to cash a federal government cheque while I was in town the other day. The girls who first greeted me asked for a phone number to 'access an account', I informed them that no account is needed and cited the law on requirements to cash a Federal Government cheque and placed the required by law government issued IDs on the desk which they didn't even look at because they kept insisting that I give them some private phone number. They fetched a man (Mathieu) to deny me services and I told him that this violates my rights, to which he arrogantly said 'How do I know my (very much valid, verifiable and genuine) government issued IDs aren't fake and to go ahead and believe that and call the cops if you think so. I explained how this discriminates against people of low income and that the reason why the government sets these laws for banks operating in Canada is precisely so that people can easily cash their government issued cheques without private sector interference. This went on a def ear as he was in complete denial and so I asked for him to hurry up filling his service denial form so I can leave and asked for his name, which he refused give saying it's on the form. It was difficult to read his full cursive signature, so I asked for square letters and he responded in a mocking tone saying I'm the one discriminating. I asked for his name again and a woman (Margaret) aggressively walked to the desk yelling that she will write down HER name and loudly threatened to call the cops if I didn't leave.. Everyone went quiet and looked at me like I was some sort of threat as I stood there perfectly composed. It was to say the least extremely inappropriate and the most humiliating experience I have ever lived through at a bank in a whole decade of changing various federal government cheques in that lawful way. Ironically, the service denial form they gave me contained the requirements (that they didn't read and were in denial of) for cashing a federal government cheque, and of course, my IDs all met the requirements. With such levels of incompetence and ignorance combined with their despicable attitude, I strongly advise to avoid that abusive place. I filed complaints to consumer protection oversight and appropriate departments.

Terrible service. Courtesy calls to promote products not suitable for me during Covid. When I asked about other possible service for my specific needs, there is no listening, only rude answers, no flexibility whatsoever and no solution in the end, plus changing appointment times without proper notice and late at set time for call. I’m done. Closing my accounts.

The manager, Zinovia, is the rudest TD staff I've ever met. I've been in TD for 5 years. I just decided to move my money to another bank and deleted all of my TD accounts forever because of her incredibly horrible service.

I would like to thanks Haris radoncic for his incredible service. He is very patient and very passionate about what he is saying. I think it is important to give recognition to these kind of people because they are the reason why the customers can have trust and feel safe within the company they choose to go with. Very bad first impression. My appointment was cancelled without any notice. I was told once I was there after waiting for about 10 minutes. The advisor was double booked and the front desk lady couldn't help to make the appointment happen with someone else. Plus, when I took the appointment with the customer service they gave me the wrong instructions to change authorized signatory. I'm not suggesting this bank for condo syndicate, they are not user-friendly neither helpful.

The truth is we used to love this bank customer service was great 7 years ago now It's one of the less advantage banks the worst service the worst everything if you have your ID stolen from interac they investigate and you wait and wait 3 weeks then they made a mistake then you wait again for there mistakes they dont put the money back they just make you waitThey dont offer any help We will be changing banks for sure and we will be sure that anybody from our entourage knows how we have been treated on top when we called customers service they had a interpret too talk cause she did not talk french We are in Quebec OMG never again TD.

I have been a client of this branch for 5 years, I had excellent service in the past. Lately I cannot describe how disappointed I am from the very poor service that includes the branch manager and my new representative. Since I got stuck now with my mortgage renewed lately, I only look for the occasion to move all my accounts to another another bank at the earliest occasion.
