very quick and efficient services!

This was very quick. I was in and out with friendly service.

You would think with limiting people inside, keeping social distance and staff/customers wearing masks that they could open the doors. They also have plexiglass shields installed.So much for customer service. No donation from me this time. Most every other business is open with precautions.

Handicapped decal is convenient to use .The worse part is to get the doctor to signed and to reply again.

My mother in law (a 90 year old lady with mobility problems) and my wife went to dropped off the permit application.It was raining cats and dogs, they knocked at the door and the receptionist did not even blink nor bother to offer help to say the least. She was heartless. In my personal opinion she is not a good fit for this position which requires a sensitive, caring and compassionate individual.They went around the building to find somebody to help them andthey found a young caring gentleman who helped them managing to dropped off the application and payment.My family felt very sad and disappointed.Thank you,

Very impressed by how professional and informative the young gentlemen was at the front desk. Came here to assist my grandma in getting her pass, and it was nothing but excellence here. Despite how busy it was, we were quickly helped, all of our questions were answered, and was very happy with the customer service received. Luckily he was multi-lingual too and was able to help assist my Chinese only speaking grandmother. Super nice to see that the staff there is well knowledgeable and super kind.

No complaints. A quick trip, and we got what we needed
