Sun Stream Infrared Sauna

When I shop around for a sauna, I have set 4 criteria , (a) Local support is very important to me, I prefer a local supplier, (b) It has to be in business for at least 10 years, (c) They have to be knowledgeable about their products and (e) they need to response to my inquiries within a reasonable time. I am glad I had picked Sun Stream, their office is less than 20 mins from my home. Kevin (company owner) is very knowledgeable about his product and the technology behind it. His response time to my inquiries are impressive, right from the start, he told me there are no show room, Sunstream has warehouse at a few locations and his office is in Richmond. I prefer to look at the product but since there are no show room, I fired off more questions to Kevin who patiently answered all of them and his web site provide lots of pictures. Finally, Kevin installed the sauna at my tiny apartment, it took no more than 2 hrs to set up. The product is solid, fast heat up, high quality bluetooth speaker, zero maintenance. Kevin is a great guy, he is friendly and taught me a lot about infrared technology. Me and my wife have been using our new sauna for a week now, we are very glad that we had bought the Sun Stream unit. - AC

I found this company online and there website showed a location in Richmond. I was in the area so I stopped by and turns out it is a freight company and has nothing to do with Sunstream. I then stopped by there location in Blaine and same thing. Wanting to actually see the product before ordering I looked up there address in Victoria and it is for a house by UVIC. The owner of this company has spread lies online to false advertise his company and has wasted my time. Turns out they don't have a single location and ship everything from a storage locker. I have since found a company in Vancouver that has an actually location and will be doing business with them. I would not recommend this company as who knows what else they are lying about.
