It is said that building a home is a very stressful life experience. However, working with Cam, Chris and their design team at Lexis was a wonderful and enjoyable experience. They take care of you right from the moment you start the process. Their team is highly professional, extremely knowledgeable and very detail orientated. They have a great step-by-step structured approach to home building. Before we chose a builder, we did extensive research about other builders and the quality of their work through opens homes etc. It soon became obvious Lexis was our first choice. The quality and standards to which they hold themselves to account is second to none. We had a super fun experience building our forever home with Lexis and made friends in the process. Not only did the Lexis team's support and collaboration make us feel we had chosen the best builder, but every supplier we dealt with in the process sang Lexis' praises as well. As a result, we have friends currently building with Lexis also. So grateful to Lexis and proud to own a Lexis home!!

Outstanding builder. Lexis’ commitment to client satisfaction and quality work stood out from day 1, and the beauty and design of their homes is a clear step above.We had a hard time specifying our preferences but Lexis’ designer picked up on our cues and designed a custom floor plan that we love; her designs for our ensuite, walk in shower and kitchen were simply amazing.Their site manager and subcontractors went out of their way to make sure we were happy and would even offer new ideas to make our build even better. Everyone was great to work with. Very highly recommended.

We retained Lexis Homes to build us a “Holmes-on-Homes” 2 storey infill home, and it was the best decision we ever made (along with the heated floors in the bathrooms …). This was our first new house, and Cam and his team took care of walking us through each step of the process with patience for our many, many questions. From the initial floor design, to modifications we wanted, to a very carefully choreographed timeline for things to get selected and done, the house was on-time and on-budget. The house is a literal work of art (featured in Saskatoon HOME magazine), receiving compliments from everyone who walks up our steps. We would definitely do it all over again with Lexis, and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality new-home build.

Lexis Homes worked with us to design and build a custom infill home in Saskatoon’s Montgomery Park neighbourhood. From our first contact with Cam we felt valued, appreciated and that Lexis truly wanted to help us build the perfect home for our family. We found the process from design to construction very smooth and transparent and from very early on in the process it became clear we had chosen the right builder for our project. Working with Courtney we designed our perfect family home, she guided us through the various selections, offering her professional ideas and opinions while never unduly influencing the decisions we made. Big thanks to Chris who was onsite during the build and always quick to respond to questions and inquiries. We were also impressed with all the trades and suppliers that Lexis used for our build, all top notch, professional and excellent at what they do. I would recommend the Lexis team to anyone, big thanks to Cam, Courtney, Chris and Julie.

Cam, Julie and Chris were our main points of contact during our build. They were attentive and we appreciated their honest communication from start to finish. Julie was extremely hands on with the design and really understood what we were trying to achieve with the final look of our home. She met us multiple times on and off site to ensure our expectations were met. Building a home is not an easy task, however with the Lexis team you're going to enjoy the process and love the end result.

We are extremely happy with our new home built by Lexis. We met with many builders and the team at Lexis really stood out to us. The team had really great suggestions, they helped keep us on budget, they worked really hard to keep our timeline on track during Covid. They also have very high standards and we really appreciated how they were very attentive to details.We also were very impressed that they had a focus on energy efficiency. With rising energy costs we felt Lexis had a lot of expertise in building a energy efficient home. Upon completion an energy analysis was done and was above what we expected for efficiency. We really appreciated Cam’s expertise in energy upgrades cost and long term savings analysis in helping us decide upgrades.The suppliers all were very professional and had lots of options, high quality products, and helpful suggestions when we were not sure what we wanted.We have lived in our home for just about a month and we have had very minor deficiencies and they have been quick to evaluate and fix them.Cam, Val, Chris, Courtney, and Julie built our family our dream home. It was a really great experience. I highly recommend Lexis!

We recently built a custom home with Lexis and couldn't be happier with both the process and the end product. Cam, Julie, Chris, and the entire team were all amazing through the whole process.From day 1, the process was well laid out and communication was always very responsive. Julie ran our design process and did and exceptional job. Design decisions were well laid out and any problems that arose were always met with potential solutions. Costs, selections, and allowances were very well organized. It's clear that Lexis has spent a lot of time refining their processes, which made the experience much less difficult for us.Overall, the end product turned out even better than we had hoped. Every supplier we interacted with had nothing but good things to say about Lexis as well. We would recommend Lexis Homes without hesitation to anyone building a home.

We were nervous about building a house because we had never done it and thought it would be overwhelming, but we couldn't find one on the market that we likely all of, or was of the high quality we wanted. We knew Cam and the Lexis team, so we decided to meet with them and see what the process would be like. From our first meeting, we knew we were in good hands.Cam and the entire team really went out of their way to make the entire experience stress free, and actually fun. Working with their design team, we used one of their existing show-homes, and modified it into our dream home - something that fit our lifestyle, and our family's needs.The construction process was very well organized - they used a software that kept us on track with our duties, like picking fixtures, etc. and the entire process was fast and easy. The house was ready on time and took only 6 months.We love our home and the quality of it is amazing. We want to thank the Lexis team for everything they did for us!
