We wish to thank Walker Climate Care for the excellent service. From our first phone contact to the estimate and the installation it was a very positive experience. Darcy was a great help in deciding which water heater to purchase. He gave us all the information and with no pressure left us to decide. Leo and Justin, our technician and assistant listened to our concerns about placement and were able to accommodate us and allay any concerns. When they left we felt confident using the pad for any future adjustments. Brandi was also very helpful in booking the appointment. When their one technician called in sick our appointment was altered and we would have appreciated a call to give us a new estimate on their arrival time. Other than that small glitch we were extremely pleased with the installation the day after we called them.

Darcy showed up right on time and he was very thorough giving me some great options and his expertise was amazing.

Great, friendly people and very proficient and knowledgeable technicians. Leo was my tech today and he explained everything that he was doing, then what he did and finally showed me some things that I could do to get even more out of my system . A pleasure doing business with Walker Climate Care.

I’m glad we took advantage of the WeCare Maintenance program. When I first had mailings about it, I really didn’t realize how valuable it would be, but on a service call, the tech explained it in detail. This is the 2nd time it’s come in handy. Appreciated the same day service today. Our geothermal heat pump’s thermostat had stopped working. Brock, our service tech was professional, and completed the work efficiently.

A technician came to our home promptly and rectified issue with our air conditioning unit. Air quality specialist arrived shortly after to measure our square footage and indicated it may be time for a new unit in the near future. Darcy was very thorough, well spoken, and presented us with multiple pressure free options for our home, as well as explained the rebates for all options available to us. Would happily rate their customer service ten stars if possible.

Placed emergency call air conditioner stopped working (it was above 40 degrees) July 5, they were prompt, professional, great customer service & had it fixed ins timely manner! Awesome, I totally recommend! Thank you Walker climate care.

Had them install an AC unit and replace hot water tank when I bought my old house 2 years ago great service then.Now my furnace died, they were in that day giving me quotes and in the next with installation, even gave me some space heaters to keep warm over night with no heat. Amazing service from start to finish! Definitely recommend

We recently, purchased and had Walker Climate Care install ductless cold climate heat pumps in our home. We are new to the area and decided to get a quote from WCC based upon their excellent online reviews. When Kate came to our house to explain how the product works, she was very knowledgeable of everything, from the product, installation requirements to the rebates and purchase. We had two other companies quote on this job and nobody came close to Kate's knowledge. Nobody else even mentioned the gov't rebates. Then just a week later we had Danny & Ashley along with Amo & Brad spend the first day installing the heat pumps, with Danny & Ashley completing the work the following day. They were all outstanding. All 4 were very friendly, knowledgeable, and listened to my questions and preferences along the way. Each one of them are the kind of people I'd certainly want working for me if I owned the business. Then, the following week, last week, Ed came by the house (we had had to have some electrical work done before we could power them up), to power up the units, ensure they were working properly, and to also answer any questions I had. Ed was a really nice guy. Very informative, polite, and friendly. Overall, our experience with the staff at Walker Climate Care has been outstanding and I would highly recommend them to anyone. They really look after their customers. 5 stars for sure!

We bit the bullet and took advantage of the Greener Homes Energy program. My wife and I want to thank Kate for walking us through the process from start to finish. Jason and Aidan for the installation and they kept us informed every step of the way. Once the install was done, Jason walked me through the new system (furnace, hot water tank, thermostat and heat pump) to be sure we understood its operation. The WiFi thermostat is a really nice touch! Thanks for the great experience.
