I am truly amazed at their quickness and quality. I am so happy to have found Coastal Colour for a long standing community project, our newsletter 'The Fanny Bay Flyer'. Recently I sent a digital file at 2pm on a Friday. A total of 6,100 clicks on the machine. I received the completed order, here in Fanny Bay, on Tuesday at 10am. That was a full 24 hours ahead of when 'I hoped' it could be completed.

This would be a 5 if could handle simple file size changes for printing for free - an issue I've experienced at literally no other print shop before. I don't have editing software and had to go through 4 iterations of resizing using free online tools and emailing to ask if it made it the correct size to the decimal point. Otherwise, stellar experience. Super fast turnaround, price matching, quality product. I highly recommend them.UPDATE: Have increased to a 5 star review as they have sorted out their sizing adjustement issues.

My brochures and business cards have been produced for many years by Coastal colour and they consistently produce great results. They are very easy to work with when making changes. Very satisfied.

We were previously working with Johnathan before Coastal Colour was bought by Elite Image. Unfortunately in the transfer some of our file notes were lost/mixed up and we ended up having multiple boxes of invoices doubled up making it difficult to use the invoice number for billing.That being said our new account manager Val looked into it and helped us connect the dots to see were it went wrong. She then got us new invoices in record time and took the wrong ones off our hands for no cost. She corrected an huge error, worked closely with us for a solution, and always followed up to make sure we were more than happy with our orders. I simply cannot say enough good things about Val.We've worked with her for a couple other side orders and she's always very attentive and has great communication. I've been getting my Christmas calendars printed at Coastal Colour for about 3 years now. They are super friendly and helpful. The calendars are so reasonably priced and always turn out well. I've also worked with them on larger more complex projects for a local event, and much appreciated all their help. In spite of tight deadlines, they delivered on time.
