I reviewed this place as 1 star several months ago due to their hidden $200 menbership fee. And yet I found my review has been deleted by some one. So here is another one! You are welcome. Your company deserved this. And pls guys, don't ever buy any Geek Squad plan.I will be back to check my review in the future.

Terrible.Got insurance on my phone, signed a contract for two years having it end when my phone contract was up. They did not cancel the billing and when I informed them and asked for it to be canceled it was a MASSIVE (cannot overstate this) runaround. Shady business practices are extremely tiring and nobody should be giving these places business.

The online and 1800 number are unable to provide any useful support other than walk into the store. that is really not an option, so I'm stuck without any help!! As soon as I figure something else out...I will no longer using your services.

Terrible service. their website will not recognize the 3 year warranty plan I purchased 2 months ago. Phoning customer service is a frustrating experience, with incredibly non-helpful staff. My product needs to be mailed into geek squad, and they are unable to send me a working shipping label. It's starting to feel like a huge scam. I have been very patient dealing with Geek squad but even I am now fed up. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

These guys super unprofessional, only thing they said is buy a new one even if I got insurance covered. After that I went to bestbuy Burnaby and they replace a new one for me for free . ^.^
