Very badly service. The yellow hair guy and the Asia small guy is very rude. I don’t know why this store likes they look like angry men , especially they are very impatiently. They ruined their company’s reputation.

My first time visiting this location and was a little disappointed to see the lack of sizes and availability in the Men’s offering. Although, I do give this establishment a full 5 stars for the very helpful and kind staff! Cassie and Mark were very helpful in particular, kudos to them for trying to find an alternative at others stores for not having the jacket I was looking for. Hopefully they’ll have more stock available when I come again.

Staff seem like they don’t want customers here. I ended up helping myself and purchased the items I wanted but left feeling unhappy from their subpar service.

As usual, quality products, functional.Today just dropped in, noticed a small tear in my down jacket. Mark super friendly, got a quick patch for it so down material won’t fall out.

Great customer service. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. They helped me find my perfect jacket. The location is very convenient for me to visit. I can actually find parking! 10/10 will be visiting again.

Was excited to see this new location but was disappointed to see the subpar product selection and lack of sizing available. Given the square feet, the floor space is poorly used.Some staff are nice and attentive but the manager is lacking respect towards customers - please drop the arrogance. If I'm dropping $500 for a jacket I damn well deserve great customer service.感觉会说中文的销售也不多，这是列治文...

Friendly and knowledgeable staff, nice and clean environment, good and relaxing music. I really enjoyed shopping there and just bought the Alpha SV for my boyfriend for a Christmas gift!

I came in to the store interested in purchasing a new jacket but the staff was very cold and unwelcoming towards me. I don't think I'll be coming back and instead would rather drive further or purchase online.

I came in to purchase a gift for my son because he’s got into skiing. The staff was very inattentive and unapproachable, and I didn’t even end up getting anything; I don’t think I’ll be returning to this location unless better staff is hired, super disappointing and a waste of time.

Love this new location. Christina, Andrew and all the staff are so welcoming. Love the trail running videos playing behind the counter.
