Serenity Retirement Residence

My father lived at Serenity for 14 months. He was lovingly cared for, treated with dignity and respect by all staff. One of the great things about Serenity is that it has a smaller number of residents living there. This allows your loved one to be a part of an extended loving family. Thank you Donna, Bill and all the staff for all your love, care and support.

Our Mother lived at Serenity for over 4 years. She was genuinely loved and respected by staff and caregivers always. Mum was treated like family during her stay at Serenity. We could not have asked for kinder or more loving and accommodating staff. Thank you Donna, Bill and staff!

I absolutely love Serenity. It is such a warm and welcoming place for loved ones. A true family that includes the residents as well as the Cracker Jack staff.

My Mother lived there for about 6 years! We were very fortunate to find a room available there when the time came that she needed extra care. The staff were very patient and supportive. Donna, the Manager, always went above and beyond to keep me in the loop. She has a really genuine caring personality which makes her so well suited to assist seniors. They always addressed Mom’s needs in a respectful manner. I highly recommend this facility!

We moved into Serenity almost 3 years ago. Serenity Staff are friendly ,caring and understanding and treat us like family . They go out of their way to make sure every resident is well looked after. Serenity has kept us safe and covid free during this past year . We highly recommend Serenity Retirement Residence for anyone looking for a retirement home

My Dad had been admitted to hospital in a weakened state because of intolerance of a pureed diet. Following a 6-week hospital stay he was so deconditioned that he could no longer walk. Long Term Care was not available for him. I was very fortunate to hear about Serenity Assisted Care Home. The Manager, Donna, visited Dad in hospital to ensure her facility could meet his needs which were complex. . From move-in, throughout his stay, and following his passing, Donna and her staff provided compassionate, professional care. Dad’s room was bright and homey including a fireplace which he loved. Dad always appeared clean and content. I was very impressed with Care Coordinator Angela who always communicated with me regarding Doctors visits I would highly recommend this facility.
