I can’t say how happy I am with my recent experience with Gladys and her family at Mr. Pretzels. We ordered over 50 pretzels for our engagement party and not only were they absolutely delicious (only 2 left over by the end of the night for yours truly to take home) but their warmth and hospitality did not go unnoticed. Staff offered and helped to carry out the number of boxes to our car. If you’re spending some time at the mall or need to grab some tasty snacks for your next event, make sure to pop in and see the gang at Mr Pretzles. You won’t be disappointed.

I had such an amazing experience here! I always wanted to try Mr.Pretzel for so long but I thought i was allergic because i have an egg allergy. I spoke to the kindest employee who looked into all the ingredients used and walked me through their cooking process to assure me that there was no allergen issues. On top of that the cashier was so sweet and helped me pick a great order! I got a salted pretzel with caramel and it was so delicious! Amazing food and amazing customer service <3

Had both the savory and sweety pretzels. The Toscana flavor's was our favorite...super tasty! Very pleasant staff with nice smiles despite such a long wait line.

The salty goodness of a pretzel straight from Mr.pretzels is a taste of pure joy. My kids enjoy the sweet and sugary options available but a good old salted is in my opinion the best. The staff at this location are just wonderful. Offering reassuring waves of hello as I pass by after work and always making customers laugh while they wait for their food. Such a great location, I'd recommend to a friend! That's why I'm recommending to you.

Edit: not sure why the owner keep bringing up the idea of the premise is closely monitored by surveillance". Am I going to ask them to show me the footage where it was in the oven for too long and them the other staff left it outside instead of immediately attending to it? Don't be silly. Mistakes happen

Always love stopping by here each time we come and visit Upper Canada Mall. Pretzels are always fresh, fluffy and tasty. Lots of different options/flavours to choose from. Staff is polite and friendly. If you’re looking for a quick bite, either savoury or sweet, or for something flavourful, make sure to make a stop here! You won’t be disappointed!
