I was here just the other day. My girlfriend and I started training last month to improve our running. I was using an old pair of running shoes which were causing some discomfort, so I knew it was time for a replacement. The staff here was excellent. They saw me right away, asked some questions, measured my feet, and analyzed my gait. They gave me several options to choose from, and I went with a pair of Hoka Bondi 8's. The whole process was fast and efficient. The selection of shoes and other gear is really nice, so I'll definitely be back in the near future! Thanks so much!

Love shopping here their entire team is so helpful and welcoming and just a pleasure to be around while you shop. We came here to get a speciality pair of Oofos orthopaedic sandals in the middle of winter and pleasantly pleased to find multiple options in the size required. I brought my sister here so she could get a new pair of specialty shoes. The 5-star is for the amazing customer service. We went there on a weekday, so it was not busy. The customer attendant- their name might be Vincent, was amazing! They know what they were talking. You could see that they love their job. They went above and beyond to help the customer. I highly recommend this place.

I normally don’t feel compelled to do reviews of retail stores, but this time is different! There was literally two employees here running the whole show- and they did so flawlessly. Tons of serious customers came in at the same time and everyone was helped in a timely manner. I personally take longer than the average person to commit to a purchase, and never felt rushed or pressured to buy anything. The sales associate whose name has slipped my mind, did a quick evaluation, selected 3 choices they thought would fit my lifestyle- and they were bang on! I would highly recommend coming here to find your perfect shoes for running!

This location has an amazing group of staff and pretty good selection, but it’s clear the higher ups have not brought enough staff back since covid. The sales representative was run off his feet when I visited, long wait times to be helped and ask questions.I have always appreciated the personalized consideration and expertise of the running room, but I'd consider just doing my own research and going to sport check now, since there never seems to be enough staff on to provide that experience here anymore.
