After waiting 1 month for a referral call back, another month for a consultation and finally a third month for the procedure(3 months of waiting). My appointment was canceled without reason the day before after I had spent hundreds on the process because my insurance as a student only covers so much and had taken the blood tests needed right before. I was entirely okay with waiting although was extremely frustrated with how little notice they gave me considering the tests I undertook and my issue was time sensitive. On top of everything, the receptionist was cold and uncompassionate about my issue. I do not recommend this clinic and would give 0 stars if I could.

My whole family has received the most kind, compassionate and expert care with Dr. Polushin for over 20 years. I feel so grateful for everything she has done for all of us!

Sad to see my father treated by this physician so poorly. No compassion.

Absolutely love my GP Dr. Cameron but I find the reception very rude at every interaction I have had with them
