I loved working at Points West ,Staff is great ! wonderful to be a part of a team that works together ,for the betterment of the clients .Management is very caring and helpful . Had to leave for personal reasons but, I have great memories and made wonderful freinds there.

Was very sorry to see the staff locked out by the employer. The residents and their families came to visit them on the picket line. I don't think they support managements behaviour. Why are we providing them public money to do this at a time when health care resources are scarce?

The place has a very high turn over for staff because they're over worked, the dress code is nonsense, and the managers are clueless
