So glad to have found ProMech! I have two electric scooters that needed some maintenance and was really impressed by the knowledgeable staff and the prompt service that was provided. I would highly recommend this gem to anyone who is looking for some reliable and affordable care for their electric transportation!

I went in recently to have my son's scooter repaired for a flat tire.Not only did Mac give me a new tire , he also detected and fixed a few other items on the Scooter that could have potentially caused a problem down the road. The part that impressed me the most is how caring and knowledgable Mac and his team is. The service is amazing. I was waiting for my turn and witnessed how he took the time and care with each person to explain and offer valuable advice. I had to return a week later as my son broke a piece on the scooter. Mac took me in right away and did not charge me for labour, just the small piece that came off. A hidden GEM in Vancouver for anyone needing to fix their scooter. Best in Vancouver for sure. Highly recommend.

ProMechBC simplifies the process of tuning up your ride! Easy online booking, quick email responses and your choice of drop off and pick up times creates a smooth and easy process.I really liked the email telling me my ride was ready and it gave me the option to pay right there and not have to do it at the shop. It detailed the time up for me in words I could understand.Staff were courteous and fun and decreased the timeline of my pickup time. At pick up time staff took the time to explain to me in detail things that were done and things to watch out for. Even when I was halfway home and realized my helmet wasn’t on: I turned around, went back and called them. They quickly brought out the helmet that got displaced.I’m not a mechanically-inclined person and like to leave things to the professionals to look after things for me. A really great experience from start to finish; I highly recommend this team. I know I will be returning again.Thank you ProMechBC for keeping my ride safe.

I couldn’t find anyone in Vancouver who would fix my Swiss e-bike until ProMec agreed to look into it, their expertise is amazing they saved my bike and on top of it all they are very friendly.If you have an issue don’t hesitate go to this guys.

ProMechBC provided amazing service as they repaired my scooter first time 3 months ago. E-bike or E-scooter Repair EXPERTS!My son had a flat tire on his e-scooter. Many places would either not help me or charge me a fortune. I called the manufacturer to see where I could get this fixed and they told me about ProMechBC. I'm so glad they did!!! They fit me in right away and not only repaired the tire but offered to give me firm (never pop) tires for a little more. Such a good deal. I live an hour away but so worth the trip. Highly recommend these guys for any e-bike or e-scooter repair in BC. Simply the best!Thanks ProMechBC!
