Hello, I want to share an experience with you, I bought a second car from this company and I can't say that I got really good service the second time. When buying a vehicle, please pay attention to the requested fees that you have been told to be paid. Because everything is very good when selling vehicles and selling packages, but when your vehicle is damaged in any way, they say that the package they sold to you never and never covers it, so this is the first problem, the second problem is never possible to talk to the service department. I think the staff should be replaced with more professional people. It's really sad to see a professional brand like VOLVO get wasted in such novice hands in no way I never and never recommend this car showroom VOLVO METRO WEST" you will be really upset. EXTREMELY BAD It's been a disappointment experience dealing with the service at Volvo metro west, extremely bad experience super expensive, they charged over 500$ for oil change and on top of that, very bad customer service and no respect for the client and to top it off no car wash. I understand the labor problem and its very hard to find good people but when I complained to the service manager and she didn't even care to call me back, that is unacceptable!!!! although this is our second Volvo from the same dealer and i refereed many of my friend to them, but after this experience I will make sure that i share my BAD experience and I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS DEALER AT ALL

DO NOT BUY AN ELECTRIC VEHICLE HERE! When selling you a C40 Recharge, they will tell you to expect a range, on a fully charged battery, of 360 km. When the actual range, in optimal conditions, is only 225 km., their response is the reported mileage is about what I would estimate" and "your vehicle is functioning as it should". If they know that the actual range is about 60% of what they are advertising

Shout out to Kaylana and Anthony who were very attentive to us with our used vehicle purchase. They got the paperwork & prep work through extremely quickly, saved our bacon when Scotiabank really screwed us on financing due to (Scotia's) input error, and went above & beyond getting the vehicle ready for us and even showing us the ropes before we took it off the lot. Couldn't be happier!

I stopped by Volvo Metro West to look at their electric vehicle offerings and was impressed with the professionalism and knowledge I received from Danika throughout my time visiting. I highly recommend her as a sales associate, as she was both informative and accomodating despite my busy schedule.

Took my car in for schedule maintenance. Never got a call to pick up my car. Picked up my car and the check engine light was on. Contacted the service manager and indicated it wasn’t an issue if the car was running smoothly and booked another appointment much later to fix the light. Kept driving the car until it couldn’t accelerate and eventually couldn’t start. One week later my car received a new ignition and new supercharger. Could have probably been avoided if addressed immediately. During that week I received very little updates and I had to follow up regularly. Most likely will be looking for another dealer.

I highly recommend Volvo metro for its service and kind gesture to their clients. Absolutely top tier customer service from everyone we dealt with at Volvo Metro West when buying our XC90! My husband and I shopped around like crazy across four Volvo Toronto dealerships and Metro West had by far the best all-around customer service. Our sales agent Danika was absolutely phenomenal. She knew every detail about the car like the back of her hand, was so kind and friendly, truly listened to our needs and was extremely reasonable. It felt like she was on our team the whole time. I would echo similar sentiments about the manager Shaun. Even the work that the detailer did on the car was impeccable, exceeding what we had seen at other dealerships. All-in-all, we were very impressed with Metro West vs. other GTA Volvo dealerships. I would definitely recommend shopping and buying from this location and reaching out to Danika specifically!
