Horrible online customer service! I called 6 times and the automated service hung up on me every.single.time!!! It could not understand my SIMPLE REQUEST. I plan on changing all of my accounts to another Bank. This is ridiculous!!!!! The teller who served me was rude and sarcastic for absolutely no reason. I could feel her superiority complex. She could have accomodated my request easily, but didn't. She has a very poor attitude and terrible customer service. I originally had planned on transferring my large investment account to this branch. NOT ANY MORE! RBC can thank this employee.

Very unprofessional tailor. Really disappointed i went to depodite my funds and tailor asked where i got my money from and where i work what place i work what i do she was very unprofessional felt like she was asking me too many personal questions i just had to do depodite and wait 20 minute from my appointment time to see the adviser i would never recommend to go back here again. I am sorry to say but should not ask personal questions. Should have a better customer service.

Terrible service. They refused to release a CERTIFIED check that came from a Trust account from my lawyers office. Teller suggested that I speak to the branch manager who proceeded by asking me to go into his office to conduct his subtle but very demeaning interrogation, only to tell me the same thing as the teller, which is they will not release the funds because there have been fraudulent transactions in the past. I was clearly having a hard time because of the situation and they basically told me that my check for a large amount of cash was fraud and needed to be held for verification. I have been with RBC for decades and have never done anything fraudulent in my LIFE. Can’t help but feel I was treated as such because of the colour of my skin. Went to the branch on Glendale and the Branch manager there was more than happy to help and released the funds immediately after making a phone call to verify the funds. Long story shot this branch could have helped me but they chose not to. Im certain it’s because I’m young, I have money and I’m coloured. By the looks of other reviews on the same exact item, there seems to be a pattern here. I would not recommend this branch to anyone.

Their automated banking system is not very helpful and user friendly, it doesn't give you direct access to the branch so you can't speak to a representative in your branch. I don't do a lot of banking but they make it so hard for you to contact them directly. And the fees and bank charges are pretty high and it all adds up.

I made an appointment to speak with a mortgage specialist for a pre-approval on Mondays October 12th . I was told i would receive a call from a Adriana later that day to set up a zoom call, as they were not meeting in person. After waiting 24 hours I called Adriana and left a message, saying I would like to set up a meeting and that she can call me back at my phone number (and provided it again). After 3 moreunanswered days I called and left another message. It is now the 20th of October and I have yet to hear anything.

Where do I start with this branch. Practices are very concerning especially , for ex. those involved in the handling of people's mortgages (biggest investment in a person's life) and the bank fails to take appropriate action to deal with the situation and fails to document everything that has occurred. And because of their failure to note down, automatic terms of renewal are entered without a client's consent . This is beyond concerning. What kind of people work here that they have no idea what they are doing and they are handling people's money? Just imagine this is a government regulated entity and they get away with this kind of behaviour, what would they be like if they weren't regulated.

I had a very positive experience purchasing my first home with the assistance of Niko Poursanidis! He was very helpful, informative, and responded to my last minute emails/calls when the opportunity to purchase a house came about unexpectedly. I would certainly recommend him!

I wanted to recognize and acknowledge the excellent customer service we have been receiving while dealing with Andrew Scott at this location. Andrew handles our requests in an urgent manner, he is patient and makes us feel like we are valued clients. Our transactions have been running smoothly because of him. Thanks Andrew!

Staff are always friendly and helpful. Facility is clean and the machines are always in working order.

Nothing but problems since switching to this bank. They have done nothing but waste my time and money. I don't appreciate being treated like a child by a big company. Just utter nonsense really. Going back to my credit union, which gives me better interest rates, and better customer service. Lasted a month with this bank. Incredibly dissapointed
