My self and girl friend have visited this store recently. The owner was extremely helpful and patient with us- we went through majority of their selections ( and there are lots ) after almost two hours we selected a pair of sunglasses and reading ones. She was very knowledgeable as what kind of glasses are best suited for my eyes based on my prescription.Since, I get constant compliment on my glasses and my eyes are much better with theses specials lenses. My girl friend is also extremely happy with her glasses.We have been back few times to ask questions and the owner ( Mina ) helped us without hesitation.My recommendation is if you are looking for great service and fantastic selections to check out this store.forgot to mention, she also helped us with forms to collect the funds from our insurance company.JM

I am a frequent Customer since the Store opened 4 years ago, thought its time to make a review. I am always really happy with the Customer Service of Mina. Very professional. Back then I Had troubles finding the right Contact Lenses for my Eyes/ Job since I have to wear them the whole Day. She has great knowledge and her consultations are great. After trying a wide range on different Contacts I found the perfect ones Due to her knowledge. Till that Day I only order my Contacts from her.Also always enjoy buying my Glasses there. As a European I like the the brands the Store has + they won’t sell you Glasses which don’t fit you at all. With Honest Feedback you will go out of the Store with a pair of Glasses you feel great with.

Over priced frames. I had to return my glasses after 2 weeks because the coating was coming off one of the lenses. Went to get them fixed and the office was closed early. Went again and finally got someone. I was blamed for scratching them. I have had glasses my entire life and have never scratched them or had the coating come off. Plus the other lens was flawless. Got them back and had the same problem in the SAME SPOT within two weeks. Didn't bother going back again.... They said they wouldn't replace it a second time. Now I am using my 9 year old pair of glasses because the lens with removed coating makes the glasses unwearable. I will NEVER go back and I will caution everyone I know.UPDATE: I have had my newest pair of glasses for 2 years from a different optician without ANY scratches or coating removal. I am still so insulted that I was blamed for the condition of that lens!UPDATE 2: Still not a scratch on my newest glasses and the coating is still in tact. I guess I’m not as “careless” or “irresponsible” as was thought by this place…. Of all the stores in Toronto, you have no reason to go to this place.

I loved the service I received at Couture Vision. The doctor was kind and patient and the optometrist who dealt with me after my eye exam was also just lovely. I took forever to choose a frame and she was very encouraging and let me take my time. I've been back to get my frames adjusted and even took my mum for her frame adjustment - they refused to charge us as it was a minor fix and I'm an existing customer. Picked some classic Vince Camuto frames and couldn't be happier!

Unique brands/ selections of glasses, sunglasses and contacts.Mina (the store owner) is so passionate about her work and clients. She is super nice and helpful. My husband and I are her old clients because of her great service and selections. She always helps us with her recommendations about frames and materials. Highly recommend.

BEWARE! Absolute Nightmare of a ServiceDo not waste your money on this rip off of a place!She not only destroyed my frames, but she never got the prescription right in the 3 times she tried. Paid $300 for the eye exam and lenses, and ended up with a scratched up pair of frames with lenses that give me a headache.Response to owner: The first two times you made it, you used the wrong prescription. The third time you messed it up because you got the axis wrong again. SO ITS YOUR POOR QUALITY.The reason you won't see me again is because you guys waste time and nothing more. Just rip offs. Don't wanna waste my time and energy on you guys again. But I CAN MAKE OTHERS AWARE.

Bought Prescription Gucci glasses there and 4 years the frame cracked. Paid $575.00 Very expensive to begin with.The owner said yes there's warranty and hung up but didn't reply back to my email or really wanted help me when I asked about receipt or come in the store? All my requests where ignored.

This is one of the best customer service I’ve had in Toronto; I highly recommend this optician!Mina knows how to advise you the best frames based on the shape of your face. She also went beyond expectations to help me solve a discomfort I had with a frame, and made her best to minimize the cost impact for me.I can only recommend to visit this store next time you need the service of a real professional, whether its for contact lenses, prescription glasses or sunglasses.Besides, it’s ideally located on the waterfront so you can enjoy a nice lunch and a lovely walk once you’re done!

My experience was amazing... Mina is super nice and this store is fantastic.. she was very patient and actually helped me in choosing 2 frames that suited my face structure - A Trendy pair of Tom Fords and an elegant pair of Oliver Goldsmiths!To be honest, Mina was more like a fashion advisor who got me back into fashion, something that I haven't focused on for years! Her collections are all high end and customer service is top notch!If you're looking to buy any kind of glasses , trust me even if you don't live downtown, it is totally worth taking the train or driving down to visit this store..I can confidently say that I found a place for glasses where I'm always going to get a personalized service...Oh yes... you literally feel Haute Couture" hereThank you Mina for everything you do - you sure have another permanent loyal customer at Couture Vision now :)"

Bought so expensive glasses less than an year ago, and the coating from lenses has already started decaying, blurring my vision. I won't suggest anyone to buy such overpriced glasses from this place. Very poor quality for the same price which other places are charging where lenses stay intact until your eye power changes. Pathetic! looting people
