I had one year coming up with Richcraft and had David conduct a full house inspection. He arrived on time and conducted a very thorough inspection of both the outside and the inside of the townhouse. He caught a lot of deficiencies that were left by the builder. He is very hardworking, prompt and thorough, as well as friendly. He not only provided an inspection but he also gave some good tips and advice on how to maintain the equipment, as well as other items such as improving air circulation. I strongly recommend David and would go to him for future inspections and advice. Thank you David for all of your help!

Thank you David! Your service exceeded expectations. It was my first professional home inspection and I learned a lot about my house and David was able to find issues that I would never notice (even though I consider myself very handy). David showed up timely, had face mask and wipes. Wiped everything he touched inside the house and spend about 3 hours inspecting everything (outside and inside). We received very detailed report with pictures the same day. I am very happy that I ordered this inspection, it will help me to complete 1year form with Tarion.
