UnBelievable, Outstanding, Delicious and Fresh. Drove an hour from my hotel to come here just to eat and so worth it. Service was perfect, could not stop eating. The view is amazing as well. Thank you

We enjoyed the fish and chips (I had garden salad with mine) and the beautiful scenery. Service got off to a rough start but greatly improved once they realized we were there. We have eaten here in the past and will return.

We stopped in to have a bite and have to say that it was fantastic. The service was wonderful and the views from the patio are marvellous. I’m not big into seafood and decided that this vacation around I would start exploring more. Glad I did!Our experience here was definitely a great start to what I hope will be my new found live of seafood.

stopped by to dine in after visiting peggy's cove to try the lobster roll and other seafood dishes. service was great but food overall was just okay. the mussels were good and cooked well but wished they gave more broth. the lobster roll was underwhelming and not much of it. the chowder was not good, it was watery and bland. fish and chips were standard.

I really enjoy Shaw's Landing - casual, comfortable and great staff. The food is delicious and served only in season - I enjoyed the fresh crab so much in May I returned several times specifically for them. The seafood chowder is thick and delicious, too. I've had many menu items and always been pleased. The staff is pleasant and attentive without being intrusive. The view (especially if dining on the deck, weather permitting) is lovely, of a working harbour and boats and several intriguing small islands for daydreaming fodder. Will be returning, for certain.

I ordered the chowder and buttered lobster roll combination. The lobster roll had lots of lobster. The chowder had lots of bits of fish throughout, no chunks of fish. Overall, solid fare, but there's definitely better. This restaurant was very convenient to Peggy's Cove.

We went out of our way to visit this spot. Coming from a Caribbean island where everybody has their favorite fish spot, we were looking for one here in Atlantic Canada. I think we found it.The were greeted by the door and need to feel welcome. And we were seated and given our menus. It's easy to come through the doors and not see what an awesome view there is to the left of the building but once you're seated inside, you will get a view of it.Whether you choose to sit on the outside portion or in the sunroom, or even in the restaurant itself, you will feel the authenticity of a restaurant that is in the heart of a fishing community.We ordered our wide range of things which you can see from the pictures and everything was delicious.We will definitely be back.Tip : The clams are awesome and on the menu, you may see that they offer salads. It's not your run of the mill salad. You'll be pleasantly surprised.

Scenery is perfection, as is the service. A nice casual vibe with a great menu. The lobster grilled cheese was average, but the fish cakes more then made up for it. GET THE FISH CAKES! The scallops were perfectly done. The home made tarter sauce was amazing with dill shavings. A great meal.There was ample parking for the rv.

Amazing staff, great food! So much lobster in the lobster rolls that after our appetizer I had half to take home for lunch tomorrow. Fries were piping hot and the view was amazing!
