Dynacare Laboratory and Health Services Centre

They accept walk-in patients. I arrived at 7:15 am and there were a big line; even that, they called me in 1hour and 30 minutes I feel it was fast and convinence because I didn't have to make an appoitment, there were a lot people and only two people doing the test... Zahra was the lady that do my blood test and she was amazing, I'm affraid about needles and she treated me so well that I didn't feel anything, she was extremely kind and professional. Thanks Zahra

I have a phobia of syringes, and otherwise terrible experiences during blood work (profuse sweating, disorientation, fainting, vomitting, rapid heart rate). Staff at Dynacare were quick, empathetic, and took care of me from the moment I walked into the clinic. Thank you.

I checked in online from my home at 9:25 am on Friday . It was showing a wait time of approx 45 mins . I walked into the centre around 10:15 am with a blood requisition . The lady at the reception verified details ( Address, phone number etc ) on my requisition including the hours of fasting. Her name was Sylvana ( hopefully I got her spelling right :)I was asked to wait . After wait time which included a small clarification amount the team members at Dynacare I was next . I completed and was out by 10:35 amOthers who walked in just right after me were asked to wait approx 1 hour :( ( Probably some are not aware that there’s an online check in feature available )What could have been a better experience : The monitor / television screen at the centre could be used to display the list of customers ahead of me including individuals wait time etc . As this is a practice at other Dynacare locations .Overall an amazing experience hence the 5 stars.

I had amazing experience here, for my first time, I did go early around 7. Was greeted nicely. Then Maureen was nice and gentle with my arm and taking blood out. And we had nice conversation. Hope likes this all the time :).

One of the worst dynacare locations the front desk lady is very unprofessional and extremely angry. She yelled at me since she didn't hear my answers over the musk. Also, she refused to do the test because I had one cup of black coffee within an hour of a cholesterol test, and I believe that does not significantly impact the clinical test results. As for my previous test, the other lady at the front desk said that wasn't a problem.

They were so fast. The wait time was over 60mins and they called me in not even 10 mins. Everyone was super nice. I’m surprised by the bad reviews.

The absolute worst Dynacare. Took nearly a week to get basic tests back to my doctor. Had to go in to see them because nothing was being sent to my clinic. The lady in charge is rude and obnoxious, however it is worth mentioning the rest of the staff was pleasant. I’ve been to other Dynacares and have had significantly better experiences

Worst customer service ever! Why do u even have a web check in service? Your front desk staff (I was ‘helped’ by Annika) couldn’t find the tests in your system and made me wait at least 30 more mins due to this. Considering people come to you when they aren’t in the best of their health, you should at least have well trained staff at the reception to take care of your customers. Also don’t ask people how would u like to pay if you only accept credit cards!!

I have never had a bad experience. Every time I have visited this place all the staff has been exceptionally wonderful and accommodating. We need to understand that some patients have appointments, or there may be an emergency, and sometimes the technicians cannot help us promptly. Today I arrived early and I was waiting out in the cold. The technician also arrived at the same time and let me come in as it was cold outside and they actually started their job earlier 10/15 minutes to assist me. The whole staff is very nice and I’ve never had a single problem at this lab.I always come here and I always will.
