This place is amazing! Customer service at its best!!! Everyone should go here for customer service training! Doug and Sarah were so helpful and friendly, they totally went out of their way to engrave a couple of mugs for our Christmas party last minute. Keep up the great team work! We will be back!

After a very stressful series of events a death, a robbery, a police investigation, and an ordered urn which was very late.. We finally get to lay our friend to rest this weekend thx to the help of this amazing business who is personally staying late to get the urn finished in time for the service!!!! Without staying late our friends urn would not have had his name on it! I can’t thank this team of wonderful people enough for their help, compassion, and understanding! Thank you sooooo much! ❤️❤️ I’m beyond moved!!!

My experience with The Engravers was fabulous,. I give them a true 100%, could not have asked for more. I came with my parents urn to have it engraved. The staff were kind, helpful and willing to make something unique and special for us. Doug spent a lot of time showing me pictures and offering suggestions until we came up with a design that was perfect. Ultimately he made a custom design and even offered suggestions that were perfect - an apple tree - that fully represented my parents and that I had not thought of. In that sense I felt I was working with not only a fine engraver but an artist and someone who offered the time and patience to look for intuitive ways to meet the need. And then the engraving!! The end result was extraordinarily beautiful thanks to Doug's choices in how the engraving process was done. The Engravers, professional, creative, kind, helpful and a true gem. Thank you!!!!

So happy with the Engravers. They powered through on some last minute trophies we needed for a car show. They came out great and everyone loved them. These guys have excellent communication skills and always returned my question emails promptly and respectfully. Even though I may or may not put some extra pressure on them.
