Similar to another review below, I went to the store looking to try out some clubs and was told only one bay is open and there was a 1 hour wait. I stuck around a bit to putt and noticed another customer walk to the back and ask another employee to try a driver and he opened up the second bay.Worst part is I'm pretty sure the guy that told me that the bay was closed was the manager. Middle aged man, greying hair, goatee. Brutal service.

Convenient location and a well laid out store. Unfortunately I had a poor experience at this location a few months back when I visited the store to purchase a new set of clubs. From the start the staff weren't overly helpful and seemed put out. I landed on a set of T300's and inquired about the process to get custom fitted, as the fitting fee is waived with a club purchase over a certain price. The employee told me a fitting was not necessary and would be a waste of his and my time. I know enough about golf to realize the importance of club length, lie angle, grip size and shaft flex. This was a red flag to me so I ended up booking a fitting with Golf Town Mississauga and purchased my clubs from them. GT Mississauga were far more helpful and professional and I am confident I was fitted correctly.

I like to be able to just walk into a golf store and hold and feel the latest models from various brands alone. Doing that now is a pain because they lock many of the drivers in their holders and you need to ask an associate to unlock it every time you want to hold a club in your hands. They also want to have eyes on the clubs at all times, and their constant questions and badgering gets annoying. I know they're trying to help but it's just too much. Next time, I guess I need to be clear that I just want to hold and check out different clubs and I don't want to be bothered unless I have a question and seek out an associate myself. Shoplifters really ruin it for the rest of us.

Awsome very knowledgeable staff that don't force you to buy the current model clubs but instead they guide you on what best suits your needs

The associates at Golf town respected my time and budget and helped find the right club package for me. The team did not pressure or upsell me on a more expensive set that did not fit my needs unlike other stores I have been to. I absolutely love the set I have picked up and will be returning next season for some upgrades and other goodies!

Good selection of clubs, new and used of every level and quality. The clothing was large in selection but the pricing was high for what you are purchasing. I’m assuming that it’s normal to pay over $150 for a woman’s golf top but too pricy for me especially without a known brand on the label. If it was a designer brand then I’d be more willing to pay. I do have to say that the wide selection of clubs for every size and age really is great.

I attended 2 days ago to look at a set of Cleveland Irons at the Ancaster location. Dylan was the sales rep I dealt with. A young guy, but knowledgeable, polite and patient. I ended up not buying the clubs, but Dylan was gracious and I thanked him for his time. Sort of restores your confidence in the younger generation, since a lot of times they are not as mature and well-spoken as Dylan. Thank you Dylan (and no, I'm not a relative or friend---this was the first time I met him).

Had a gentleman by the name of Themi assisting me with a return and the process was flawless and smooth. Really appreciated his help. Great location

Fantastic in house service. I showed up with a broken club that I bought on line brand new last fall. They looked into the warranty of the club then contacted the manufacturer and got me a replacement.Now that’s service! Golf town rocks!!!!!
