I work in the RV industry for 5 years and met the owners of Rosewood at the RV shows years back, i love this location and i have the money for a perm spot. After asking for a good guy discount because i have endorsed there resort, i was shut down. Still prepared to rent there regardless. My wife and myself last year, rebuilt a classic trailer, and spent hard earned money on a fantastic original rebuild. After i physically went out to location where i have been often to pick clients travels for servicing, trade-in or dropping off a brand new one. i was refused membership because my trailer was older then 10 years old. the rejection has left a bad taste in my mouth. i have endorsed this Resort as they are nice to me, yet i feel put off and not going to recommend them anymore. i know they are full and this review will not matter. Renter beware.

Beautiful seasonal camping spot and nicely manicured grounds. Owners are super friendly and accommodating.

Great RV resort with an amazing view of the Red Deer River! Very well maintained and cared for by the owners and tenants!

Have had my trailer there for more than 8 years. Had you leave for short time. Now trying to get back in. Space is short rv sites are not as available as in the past. Anyone want to let me have their Space.

This was our first season at Rosewood and we LOVED it .... such a clean and very well maintained campground, everyone is so nice and respectful. Highly recommend if you're looking for a great seasonal campground with great owners and other campers.

Beautiful spot, but the owners are crooked. Everything is done for money. For example, you have to buy their firewood. If they like you, you get more wood than a neighbor they might not like as much, yet you all pay the same price. Received an email that they had secured a discount with a pest control company to spray our lot, but if you Google that pest control company, it’s there own company - not another provider. It’s all very shakey and underhanded. Tim is a nice guy, but Karen is a real piece of work. She tells so many lies she can’t remember what she told you to begin with and she’s not smart enough to figure out that people talk and everyone is on to her shadey business practices. Money hungry and an extreme control freak is all she is. RENTERS BEWARE!!!!!!!

Very well kept resort, personable staff and really good prices for the area.

What a beautiful setting overlooking the Red Deer River. Karen and Tim Sabo keep the place in good shape and are excellent hosts.
