Bought an air conditioner for my senior dog.....asked for the insert ASAP.....not only was it PERFECT, it was fast and reasonably priced.Here is my old man enjoying his air.....cat stays in...bugs stay out....

PROS: I'm going to 100% honest here. They make a quality product for a price that's okay at best. I didn't mind paying a few hundred for a piece of glass because it was something I needed. No issues with pricing really and no issues with quality of their product. Not in my personal experience anyway.
