Good products but the customer service could be better. They refuse to fix anomolies in the cashier system with points and discounted items, so you end up paying full price after all.

Nice place, very nice staff. Not a very big location however and limited selection but it had the cigarettes I like to buy in the US so works for me. Easy access for both cars and trucks.

So happy they are back open! Great selection of products and great customer service.

While on a road trip in Washington State (I live in British Columbia), my car broke down on the I-5 highway in Everett. I got a tow to this Duty Free store so a Canadian towing company could pick me and my car up to take me back over the border. The staff at this duty free store were so kind when they saw the tow truck drive into their parking lot to unload my car for pick up from the next towing company. It was cold, rainy, and windy outside, so they welcomed me to sit inside where it was warm and dry. They were super sympathetic to my situation and made me feel way less miserable about a pretty awful situation. Thank you to all the staff working that night. You are all amazing people!

I've been here countless times, the prices are amazing and the staff are always very pleasant.
