My experience with Multitek Computers has been outstanding. Every visit I am made to feel welcomed with genuine care. With being greeted as I first walk in, to the personal interactions. I ALWAYS receive quality care. They always have an answer to any question I may have. The product quality is amazing, and the price is just right. I would definitely recommend place to everybody. Over the years I've purchased 5 computers from Multitek. All of them worked great and I've never had any problems. Just picked up my new computer.They still recognized me even with the mask and I hadn't been there for quite some time. Great service.Thanks Guys.

Was just in to Multitek Comuters this morning and Zaid looked after me. He searched the store for a new power cord that would fit my computer and was successful. He worked hard to find it and was soooo helpful. Excellent service. Omar, this fellow was great!!!!

These guys are great. I had a router but lost the AC adapter somehow. I called Multitek and they told me they would see what they could do. When I arrived they were very professional and helped me immediately. They found me a used AC adapter they had a sold it to me for a great price. Thank you very much Multitek!

Great service, and friendly staff. We went in for one notebook and were so impressed by what we found that we ended up buying two. Will definitely be going back for all our computing needs.Edit: one of the computers had a hard drive failure a few months after purchase. Upon having it diagnosed, there was a loose connection, new hard drive needed, and it was refurbished from parts that didn't fit well together. The chrome book stopped receiving security updates shortly after, on account of it is obsolete.I paid 575 for less than 6m use.Will not be returning. Do not recommend. Went to staples for replacements and gave the faulty model to a friend to play with or use as parts.

My experience at multitek has been outstanding. I've had a laptop and two PC's repaired over the past few years. The work was done quickly and at a very reasonable cost.Recently, I bought a printer there while I had a PC being serviced. Without me asking, Omar connected the printer to my machine and loaded the drivers to ensure everything worked. No charge. He just wanted to make sure I had no surprises.You're not going to get customer service like this at a big box store.
