Spartiate Fit Club
I lowe working out with Marian! His workouts are challenging and always changing to push me further and keep me engaged. He is very knowledgeable and has created a thoughtful and effective program for me that has made me so much stronger. And he’s a lot of fun too—our workouts are a highlight of my week!It's also been so helpful to get Marian help with nutrition. He makes it easy to stay consistent, make good decisions, and never feel hungry.I feel so much stronger and more confident, and I know so much more about how the body works.
