I absolutely love Cruze Scooters! The staff is friendly and knowledgeableand the scooters are great, if you have any concerns or problems they're there to help.There's nothing better than renting a scooter and flying around the beautiful city of Fredericton. ❤

Ton of fun. Great staff. Efficient booking. Scooters were high quality, reliable and brand new. The three speed modes were great. Scooter battery lasts 2 hours- don’t book for longer. A little pricey but as a one-time tourist option, it’s highly recommended.

We had a great experience with Mint Rentals! The staff was really knowledgeable and put our minds at ease and gave us the boost of confidence we needed, as this was a first time experience for my partner and I. It was so fun getting out on the open trails with the wind in our hair and not a care in the world. We had the perfect date night and I collected some brownie points. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience, so thank you guys!

We had a great experience on the scooters with our children! Staff was very helpful and accommodating! We had originally booked 5 scooters however our 6&7 year old boys we a bit too short to go on their own, they allowed us to put each of our boys on our scooters with us ( as long as they had helmets on of course) and we had an amazing time, so much that we booked again two weekends later and brought our 3 children plus our niece and nephew. I will definitely be booking again before the season is done. It’s a great way to see the beautiful city along the water and get some fresh air!

A friend talked me into trying these for a two hour tour around town and we had a blast. I did find that the scooter was having some difficulty climbing hills as we were getting close to the end of our two hours but I’m over 200lbs and it still did it, just a little bit slower. The safety instructions were great. The staff was attentive and efficient. The entire experience was excellent except for one thing, the price. I’d love to have given Mint 5 stars but I found the rate to be a bit high. They charged us $23/hour for each scooter with no discount for multiple scooters or hours. I’d like to have stopped for a coffee, something to eat or even to spend some time chatting with friends but with the rental clock ticking, we felt obligated to keep riding.

I would not recommend these scooters or this company. I don't know why these are even legal. I was on one for 15 mins and then i ended up in an accident, causing all my front teeth to crumble onto the pavement and i was bleeding everywhere from my mouth, knee, and arms. Over five thousand dollars in damage has been done for dental bills and it's not even done yet. I have chronic back and hip pain now. I'm really upset honestly. All this company offered was a free 1hour of scootering they didnt even seem concerned when i showed up bloody and had to go to the hospital. didnt even offer to get help in anyway!!. :(

Haven't rented yet as I own an e-bike but hoping to try a scooter out soon.

This was our first time using Mint Rentals but won't be the last. We had a great experience. Picking up and returning the scooters was super fast and easy, and we felt we were given ample advice for using them. The scooters were fully charged and helmets were provided. We really got to make use of our one-hour rental and see the city in a different way. Definitely worth giving it a go.

Had an extremely fun time cruising around Fredericton, You can go to most places.

I took my daughter to the new rage room over the March Break. Huge disappointment!! I spent a whooping $38 for 15 minutes only because she's been through an incredibly difficult time and this was meant to be a stress reducing type of activity for her. She was given 20 old glasses and told she could throw them at the wall. I had to ask to let her have an old printer to bust up as well, which was reluctantly provided. Turns out the ink cartridge was still in it and she coughed the ink she inhaled the rest of the night and into the next day. She quickly ran out of glass to throw and when I asked for more items, was denied because 'there was a group coming in and they were running low'. That being said there was a lot of old computer equipment stacked against a wall. Quite frankly, if I am paying the same as 'group' members, I at least expect enough to keep busy for the meagre 15 mins at this price. To put in the last 5 mins of her time, my daughter started picking up pieces of glass that she had already busted just to have something to throw. As well, the girl working there was very clearly put out having to clean up the room in between appointments. Don't waste your money - if you aren't feeling rage when you go in there, you certainly will be when you come out!
